New Grocery Store Coming to US 380 Corridor
October 4, 2017
Just four miles away from ArrowBrooke in Denton County, commercial development signs indicate plans for a new US 380 grocery store.
The new mixed-use development at the intersection of US 380 and Navo Road lists Tom Thumb as the planned anchor store. There are also several other retail building spaces designated around the planned grocery store, including a day care on the northwest corner of the intersection across Union Park Boulevard.
Tom Thumb was founded by two Dallas friends in 1948. The chain is now part of the Southern division of Albertsons, and there are dozens of locations across the Metroplex.
A Tom Thumb location would be a much-welcomed addition to the booming 380 corridor. A Kroger Marketplace opened along 380 at Gee Road in July, and construction on Walmart on the southeast corner of 380 and FM 423 is anticipated to begin next September.
ArrowBrooke residents are excited to live in a rapidly developing area that still provides an escape from the bustle of the bigger cities. The community’s location off U.S. 380 along FM 1385 puts residents in a comfortable spot to quickly access major thoroughfares like the Dallas North Tollway.
Our community offers an amenity center with a resort-style pool, stocked catch-and-release pond, a high-tech playground for the kids, wide open spaces for play and trails winding throughout the community. Neighbors enjoy year-round planned events at The Gathering Place, ArrowBrooke’s Phase I amenity center.
With three premier DFW homebuilders crafting new home designs from the mid-$200s in ArrowBrooke, homebuyers can choose from a lineup of floorplans to fit their unique lifestyle. Phase II of ArrowBrooke is under construction! For more information about the homes available now in ArrowBrooke, contact us!
