Best DFW Christmas Lights Displays

The most wonderful time of the year has arrived! From drive-thru displays to immersive experiences, there are so many places to view dazzling holiday lights displays this year. Check out our list of a few of the best DFW Christmas lights displays to see near ArrowBrooke in 2021!

2021 DFW Christmas Lights

ArrowBrooke Glow Parade

Saturday, Dec. 18
6-8 p.m.

ArrrowBrooke homeowners – join us for our first annual Holiday Cheer Glow Parade! Decorate your golf cart or car and join us for a parade around the neighborhood to view Christmas lights. Your Lifestyle Director will lead the way around, while you model off your decorated vehicle while also enjoying a look at all the beautifully decorated homes! Each vehicle participant will receive a bag of treats and glow sticks and must be registered by Thursday, December 16, at noon.

We will start the parade at The Gathering Place I at 6 p.m., sharp with a few different parade stops along the way. The stops will include The Gathering Place I, The Gathering Place II and the Middle Park on Stallion Trail Way/Tomahawk Trail. If you do not want to participate in the parade, but would like to attend one of the parade viewing stops, feel free to join in!

Magic of Lights

Magic of Lights is back again this year at Little Elm Park! A T, the unique and thrilling family-friendly drive-through holiday lights festival is spread over a 1-2 mile course and features a 200-foot light tunnel and more than 40 displays. Featuring a well-designed course experience and accessible winding roads, Magic of Lights features a variety of festive scenes celebrating our grandest holiday.

Lukas Light Show

A wonderful Aubrey resident is showcasing their holiday lights display and invites all to celebrate the Christmas season through the power of the lights! Tune to 89.5 to listen in your car and bring a canned food item to help support The Little Elm Area Food Bank.

Christmas in the Square

Downtown Frisco

6-10 p.m. Daily

Christmas in the Square returns for its historic 17th anniversary with even more fun surprises this year! The free holiday lights show runs daily and the event features a real ice outdoor ice rink.

Prosper Tunnel of Lights

6-10 p.m. Daily

Come take a festive stroll through Prosper’s Original Tunnel of Lights! Established in 2018 by the Judd family, this holiday lights experience has become a favorite tradition. Located in the Whitley Place Neighborhood in Prosper on Beechwood Drive.

Christmas Extravaganza at The Star

The Star in Frisco
Now-December 18
Fridays and Saturdays at 6 p.m.

The Cowboys’ fifth annual Christmas at The Star includes a must-see 20-minute show that electrifies Tostitos Championship Plaza.  For more information on the free event, visit the website.

Radiance! featuring Frozen in Frisco

Frozen in Frisco features a theme park-style ride that guides guests through an all-new, mile-long light trail of over 3 million lights, animated to favorite holiday tunes. The event also showcases a two-story outdoor ice tubing hill, ice skating under the stars, bumper cars on ice, snowball toss with real snow, a 108-foot Ferris wheel, Christmas carousel, buckin’ reindeer rides, a Christmas Story escape room, s’mores fire pits, a holiday market and more. Lights on the Farm

Heritage Farmstead Museum in Plano

Heritage Farmstead Museum in Plano will be bedazzled with more than one million twinkling holiday lights and filled with animated yuletide displays as part of the venue’s first-ever Lights on the Farm holiday event. The outdoor event will take place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening through December 26, but will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

There’s no better place for DFW Christmas lights than Deerfield! Drive through for free or reserve a carriage ride through Plano’s storied Deerfield neighborhood to see magical Christmas displays. Christmas at Gaylord Texan

The Gaylord’s Texas-sized Christmas extravaganza, Merry & Light, features a sparkling array of larger- than-life holiday décor and immersive state-of-the-art light elements. A Christmas Wish Light Show features a multi-sensory spectacle of lights set to a holiday musical score. Dallas Zoo Lights

Cruise the mile-long route through the Dallas Zoo and enjoy many magical holiday moments along the way! Featuring one million twinkling lights, elaborate displays, dazzling 3-D lighted sculptures, larger-than-life animal lanterns, and more. This year, the light show debuts an immersive video projection that transforms the path. Tickets can be purchased here and cost $50 per vehicle for zoo members and $65 per vehicle for non-members.
